Head circumference, in cm*

(Take a measuring tape and place it around the circumference of your head just above your ears, with the tape held closely to your head. If you do not have a measuring tape, then use a piece of string or wool to measure around your head and then check the length using a ruler or other measure.)

Refund Policy

2024 Graduands:

You are encouraged to book your gown even if you have recently completed the programme you are following but are still awaiting final results. In the event that you are not allowed to graduate during the November 2024 ceremonies, you will be entitled to a refund. Applications for refunds should be sent by email to gowns@muhc.com.mtby no later than noon of Wednesday, 20 November 2024 (the last day of Undergraduate ceremonies). Donations made to RIDT are NOT refundable.

Important Notes

Security deposit: Apart from the fee paid (€47) when booking the academic dress, a security deposit of €50 will also need to be paid when collecting the gown. This deposit will be refunded in full upon safe return of the academic dress.
Collections and returns: Gowns are to be collected and returned on the days and times indicated by our office. Collections and returns will take place from the University Merchandise shop located at Student House, Msida Campus (near the canteen). Opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 09:00 and noon. In case you need to fix an appointment at a different time, kindly contact us or call us on (+356) 2340 8902 or (+356) 2340 8909. You may also text us on 79798909.
Damages: Graduands are fully responsible for the academic dress once collected and will be charged for any damages.

RIDT Donation
This application form automatically adds a €3.00 donation to RIDT (Research, Innovation and Development Trust) with your payment. You may choose to opt-out or increase this amount should you wish on the next page. Your donation will help finance specific medical research undertaken by the University of Malta to provide a better quality of life to people who really need it. While you may opt-out of this initiative, your generosity is greatly appreciated as every little bit helps. Thank you.

We will retain this information until rented gowns are returned and funds due are collected, or for a longer period where necessary to identify any issues and resolve any legal proceedings.
